Urea (10%): Epidermal osmolyte with potent moisturizing activity. It increases the water retention capacity of the stratum corneum, regulates keratinocyte differentiation, and reduces corneocyte cohesion, facilitating physiological desquamation and improving barrier function.

Polidocanol (2%): Antipruritic agent with peripheral soothing action. It modulates sensory transmission associated with pruritus and helps reduce discomfort in extremely dry skin.

Sodium lactate: A key component of the Natural Moisturizing Factor. It acts as a humectant and pH regulator, promoting water retention and reinforcing the osmotic balance of the stratum corneum.

Allantoin: An epithelizing and anti-irritant active ingredient. It promotes tissue regeneration, reduces skin reactivity, and helps restore epidermal integrity in sensitized skin.

Olive Oil: Source of essential fatty acids (oleic, linoleic, linolenic, palmitic, etc.). It has emollient, antioxidant, and anti-inflammatory properties, helping to restore the skin's barrier function.

Shea Butter: A highly nourishing emollient. It reconstitutes the surface lipid fraction by providing triglycerides and plant esters with a biological affinity for epidermal lipids.

Restructuring complex: A set of biomimetic molecules of ceramides, cholesterol and free fatty acids that restructures the intercorneocyte lipid layer and restores the barrier function, reducing transepidermal water loss (TEWL).
